Refund Policy/Cancellations: When Community Enrichment Services cancels a program, a full refund or credit will be issued. Refunds, less a $20 administrative fee, will be granted when requested a minimum of 5-business days prior to the program/course start date. The administrative fee will be waived if you opt for a credit to be used for another course/program. Credits must be used by the close of each calendar year. No refund will be issued for:
- Programs costing $10 or less
- Programs where admission fee was purchased in advance
- Special Events
Medical illness or other extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Documentation of circumstance may be requested.
